Hello, girlies! Did you guys know that making small changes in your daily routines can actually help you maintain your body? Believe me Making small, specific goals is key to losing weight long-term. Are you sick of chasing fad diets? Well, it’s time to hop off the bandwagon and get some down-to-earth advice from Zahra! 😀 P.s I’m not a pro, neither have I got any degree regarding these things 😛 I will here, just share some of the tips that I’m following and I’m actually noticing a significantly change in my weight! These are very tiny mini tips and changes that will help you lose those fats easily.

  • Drink Plenty Of Water!

Easy Weight Loss Always Remember, Dring plenty of water. ALWAYS! Water will remove by-products of fat. It will reduce eating intake (by filling up your tummy if consumed prior to meals), reduces hunger (hello natural appetite suppressant!). And most importantly it raises your metabolism and has zero calories. Drink at least 9 to 10 glasses of water daily. It helps like anything. Also, add a glass of hot water with honey or lime juice in it in your routine. Take it right after you wake up and before taking your breakfast. (I’m drinking it daily no matter what!)

 

 

  • Move Move & Move

By Moving I mean exercises. And for exercises, it’s not necessary to join a gym! You can do it at home aswell. If you’re someone like me who hates to even move a glass from one table to another then this is gonna be hard.It was for me too! And I have always hated going to a gym. IDK why but uh.  But ayyy lemme tell you what I do, I started doing small moves in my room for like 10 mins every day. Jumping jacks and donkey kicks helped me a lot in losing weight. After a few days, I increased the time by 25 mins, then to 30 and now finally I workout for 60 mins. That included 45 mins treadmill and jumping jacks for the rest of 15 mins. Even those 10 mins are really helpful but only if there is a consistency! BE CONSTANT! STICK TO IT! And you will see a rapid change in you.

  • Detox Water

Easy Weight Loss  Detoooox water is just my favorite! You know what’s the best part of it? Besides tasting great and having zero calories, a water detox has many additional health benefits, like It helps in improving your mood. It naturally helps the body release fat cells for water weight loss. It’s one of the easy weight loss tips. Also, it lushes toxins from your system. And it fills you up so you don’t eat as much junk. Isn’t that just great? I add cucumber, mint leaves and lemon in mine. You can add apples or strawberries or orange slices in yours. you can also add up ginger or honey. Make it every day for yourself.

 

  • Cut out sugar and salt 

Easy Weight Loss  Salt and sugar’ they look so harmless, so basic, so essential. Yet the rapid increase in their presence in everything from canned soups to frozen meals and yogurt snacks is something to worry about. Salt will cause blood pressure whereas intake of too much sugar leads to diabetes. If you crave for sweet add honey in your drinks or just lick it a bit. My mom has cut our sugar and salt intake since 2002 I guess. it’s been years now and we don’t even feel anything about them. we kinda don’t prefer sweet things now. And let me tell you that this was the best thing she has ever done to us. Cutting them down will help you in easy weight loss!

  • Say No To Junks! 

Easy Weight Loss I know I know this is the hardest step for us to do. No? Who could leave Pizzas and burgers and they are the baes? But hey you gotta ditch them now. It’s time to say goodbye to junks. They do not do any good to you.  First of all fast-food means Cholesterol. Cholesterol means one step ahead towards heart failure. And I’m sure none of you want that. Eating too much fast food leads to Obesity. It means discomfort. It causes Hypertension and makes person short tempered. So at the end of the day, fast-food means an unhealthy person, unhealthy lifestyle and an overall unhealthy body. Pliss Pliss SAY NO TO FAST FOOD and prefer home made food and live a long healthy happy life without tension.
