Feeling lazy? Feeling down? Who has never gone through ups and downs? All of us have our sad and happy, bad and good days. Days when we are feeling lazy and don’t want to do anything at all. Days like when your to-do list is ready and waiting, you had a good breakfast and caffeine fix. But you are just not moving! If you are like me, you are back to the exact place you were twenty minutes ago, on your bed. From the moment you woke up you thought ‘NOPE’. Today is a lazy day. It’s totally okay to have such days once in a while but, lazy day does not have to be a waste day. Because at the end of the day you will feel guilty about how you have let an entire day do to waste. If you constantly feel low, It time to get up and take things into your hand before it’s too late :D. Always keep in mind that everything you feel and everything you do is under your control. Whether you want to make yourself feel terrible and lazy or better and productive. For making yourself feel better, all you need to do is a little work on it. Get up and dress nicely because when we know we are looking our best, we naturally feel better. Also, don’t forget to click few selfies 😉
Wash your face and just wear a bright lipstick, it will lit up your face. How about red? 😀 NO? :/ Urm’ okay wear coral or pink. Perfect! Also, Lip glosses work. They make your lips look super fresh.
Read your favourite book
Luckily you’re having a lazy day, so you have all the time in the world to get any knowledge that you need or a friend recommended a good book. Grab your favourite book and go sit in a coffee place.
Take a walk outside
Take a walk outside. In a park. Explore places. You will find that you only start to feel lazy and worse if you just let yourself melt into your bed and engage in the bad feelings.
Do volunteer work and help people in need. It’s one of the best things to do! It will brighten your mood, and so will helping those in need. and trust me that is going to be the best day of your life. Volunteer special need children.
Meet new People
Get out of your boring and everyday routine life and meet new people. Meeting new people can give you new inspirations in life.
Lastly, Smile. Even if you don’t feel like it, Smiling when you don’t want to can actually help you feel better 🙂 Finding simple ways to give yourself an emotional boost when you think you are stuck, feeling lazy, don’t wanna move is a vital skill to learn! Trust yourself and feel good about yourself, no matter what life has to offer. Remember that each time you wake up, you have another chance to make your life better, things better. Don’t waste it.
